Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or an exchange your item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it. To process your return or exchange you will need to provide us with your order number, and/or contact details. The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer. The postage costs under our free and paid shipping threshold are non-refundable. 

To start a return you can either contact us at paula@evebamboo.com.au or use our 'contact us' form.  We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

All items returned for exchange must be in the same condition in which they were received. Once your return has been accepted and processed we will post your exchange item(s) free of charge using Australia Post standard shipping and email you the new tracking number.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that refund process times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway and may take longer than expected.
